Spooky and delightful Halloween Eyeball Jello Shots made with lychees and maraschino cherries, perfect for festive gatherings.
Ingredients

- 1 package gelatin mix (berry or lime flavored)
- 1 can lychees
- Maraschino cherries
- 1 cup vodka or rum (or tonic water/cola for non-alcoholic)
- Mint or herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Dissolve gelatin mix in boiling water, then add vodka or non-alcoholic substitute. Let cool slightly.
- Drain lychees and cherries, stuffing each lychee with a cherry to form ‘eyeballs.’
- Place stuffed lychees in shot glasses and pour cooled gelatin mixture over them. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
- Garnish with mint before serving.
