- 2 large eggs

- 1 cup eggnog
- 2 tsp cinnamon

- 1 package cream cheese (for filling)
- Cinnamon sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add eggnog and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and baking powder. Gradually add to the wet mixture until a dough forms.
- Use a cookie scoop to portion dough onto prepared baking sheets, roll in cinnamon sugar, and create a deep thumbprint in each ball.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden. Fill thumbprints immediately with the cream cheese mixture.
- Cool completely on sheets before transferring to a wire rack.
