A delightful chocolate bark with dark chocolate, white chocolate swirls, freeze-dried raspberries, nuts, and a sprinkle of sea salt, perfect for Valentine’s Day.
Ingredients

- 12 ounces high-quality dark chocolate (70% cacao recommended)
- 4 ounces white chocolate
- 1/2 cup freeze-dried raspberries
- 3/4 cup mixed toasted nuts (almonds, pistachios, pecans)
- 2 tablespoons crushed candied orange peel (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt
- 1–2 teaspoons neutral oil (coconut or vegetable)
- Optional: edible rose petals, pink sprinkles, or powdered sugar
Instructions
- Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment or a silicone mat.
- Finely chop the dark and white chocolate.
- Melt two-thirds of the dark chocolate over simmering water, stirring until smooth, then mix in remaining chocolate.
- Pour melted chocolate onto the prepared sheet, spreading into an even rectangle.
- Sprinkle half of the freeze-dried raspberries and nuts, pressing them in lightly.
- Melt the white chocolate and drizzle over the dark chocolate or use a piping bag.
- Scatter remaining raspberries and nuts, add candied orange, and finish with sea salt.
- Chill in refrigerator for 20–30 minutes; break into pieces to serve.
Notes
Use quality chocolate for best results. Chill briefly to avoid condensation. Store in an airtight container away from strong odors.
