Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8×8 inch baking dish by lining it with parchment paper.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a mixing bowl until it resembles wet sand.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan, creating an even layer.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly golden, then remove it from the oven to cool slightly.
- Layer chocolate chips over the crust, allowing them to melt slightly.
- Sprinkle mini marshmallows over the chocolate layer, then return the pan to the oven.
- Bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until the marshmallows are beautifully toasted.
- Allow cooling for at least 30 minutes before slicing into bars.
