  • ½ cup melted butter
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (milk or dark)
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8×8 inch baking dish by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a mixing bowl until it resembles wet sand.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan, creating an even layer.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly golden, then remove it from the oven to cool slightly.
  5. Layer chocolate chips over the crust, allowing them to melt slightly.
  6. Sprinkle mini marshmallows over the chocolate layer, then return the pan to the oven.
  7. Bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until the marshmallows are beautifully toasted.
  8. Allow cooling for at least 30 minutes before slicing into bars.
