- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup pepperoncini peppers (with juice)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (cut into pieces)
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
Instructions
- Pat the chicken thighs dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- In the slow cooker, layer the chicken thighs, followed by the ranch dressing mix and pepperoncini peppers.
- Dot the chicken with pieces of butter and pour the chicken broth over it, ensuring the chicken is submerged.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once done, shred the chicken with two forks and pour some of the sauce over it before serving.
- Garnish with fresh herbs, if desired.
