Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In another bowl, combine pumpkin puree, melted butter, and milk until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
- On a floured surface, roll the dough into a rectangle approximately ½-inch thick.
- Spread softened butter and evenly sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut into 1½-inch slices.
- Place slices in a greased baking dish and let rest for 10 minutes.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and puffed.
- For the glaze, blend together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth and drizzle over the rolls.
