Scale
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 1 cup cremini or portobello mushrooms, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped

- Form the Patties: Divide mixture into equal portions and form into patties, about 1-inch thick.
- Cook the Burgers: Grill or pan-fry over medium-high heat for 4–5 minutes each side, until a meat thermometer reads 160°F (71°C).
- Add Cheese (optional): In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty to melt.
- Assemble Your Burger: Toast your buns, layer on condiments and desired toppings.
- Serve and Enjoy: Enjoy burgers hot with fries or a salad.
Notes
