Instructions
- Melt the Butter in a medium skillet over medium heat until it sizzles gently.
- Whisk in the All-Purpose Flour, stirring constantly for 2-3 minutes until it forms a roux.
- Gradually whisk in the Chicken or Vegetable Broth and let it simmer.
- As the mixture thickens, stir in the minced Garlic.
- Pour in the Milk or Cream until fully combined.
- Season with Salt and Pepper to taste and simmer for an additional 5-10 minutes.
