Description
A simple and delicious fry sauce that combines creamy mayonnaise and sweet ketchup with a hint of pickle juice for the perfect dip.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon pickle juice (or dill relish)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
- Spices to taste (salt, pepper, hot sauce, optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise and ketchup in equal parts.
- Add the pickle juice and mix well until combined.
- Sprinkle in garlic powder and onion powder and mix.
- Adjust the consistency by adding more mayonnaise or ketchup to your preference.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, or more pickle juice.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
Notes
For added heat, mix in sriracha or cayenne pepper. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
