Ingredients

  • Fresh medium-sized apples (Granny Smith or Fuji)
  • Caramel candies
  • Heavy cream
  • Dark or white chocolate
  • Optional toppings (crushed nuts, sprinkles, or candy corn)

Instructions

  1. Wash and thoroughly dry the apples, then insert sticks into the center of each apple.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt caramel candies and heavy cream, stirring until smooth.
  3. Dip each apple into the melted caramel, allowing excess to drip off, then place on parchment paper.
  4. Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  5. Drizzle melted chocolate over the caramel apples in a web-like pattern.
  6. Let the chocolate cool and harden at room temperature before serving.

Notes

For best results, ensure apples are at room temperature before dipping to achieve a smooth coating.
