Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with paper liners.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat softened butter until creamy, then gradually add sugar, mixing until fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then stir in milk and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Use an ice cream scoop to distribute batter evenly into each liner, filling them about ⅔ full.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean; allow to cool completely.
- Frost cooled cupcakes with colorful frosting and decorate with candy eyes and sprinkles.
