Instructions

- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
- Stir in oats, chocolate chips, and M&Ms.
- Scoop dough onto parchment-lined baking sheets, spacing them adequately.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden but centers are slightly underdone.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.
