A whimsical and easy take on the classic campfire treat, combining chocolate, marshmallows, and graham crackers into a delightful frozen dessert.
Ingredients

- 1 package graham crackers
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 pint of ice cream (vanilla or your choice)
- 1 cup chocolate (bars or chips)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- Sea salt for sprinkling (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare your dish by lining an 8-inch square or round dish with parchment paper.
- Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter, then press into the bottom of the dish.
- Freeze the crust for about 10 minutes to set.
- Layer the ice cream evenly on top of the crust.
- Sprinkle the chocolate pieces over the ice cream layer.
- Add mini marshmallows on top of the chocolate, either layer or fold in for a marbled effect.
- Finish with another layer of crushed graham crackers on top.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours until solid.
- Serve by removing from the dish, peeling off the parchment paper, and cutting into squares.
Notes
For easier cutting, let the dessert sit for a few minutes outside the freezer before slicing.
