Decadent mini cheesecakes packed with rich chocolate flavor, perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese
- 4 oz bittersweet chocolate
- 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 12 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, crush Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of mini paper liners in a muffin tin.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth and mix in sugar.
- Melt bittersweet chocolate and mix into the cream cheese along with sour cream.
- Spoon the filling over each crust.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until slightly puffed.
- Let cool in the tins for a few minutes, then chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Serve with chocolate ganache or whipped cream.
Notes
For a lighter version, use Neufchâtel cheese and Greek yogurt. Bake in a water bath to prevent cracks.
