Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the wet ingredients: eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, mixing gently until fully incorporated.
  5. Fill the cupcake liners about ⅔ full.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
