Description

This Easy Baked Spinach Artichoke Dip is creamy, cheesy, and packed with flavor from sautéed spinach, tender artichokes, garlic, and a blend of rich cheeses. It’s the ultimate crowd-pleaser for holidays, game nights, or cozy evenings at home.

Ingredients

Scale

2 teaspoons olive oil

2 cups fresh baby spinach, chopped

1 clove garlic, minced

1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic for 1 minute.

3. Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from heat.

4. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.

5. Fold in chopped artichoke hearts and sautéed spinach.

6. Mix thoroughly until well combined.

7. Transfer the mixture into a greased oven-safe dish.

8. Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.

9. Let cool slightly before serving with chips, bread, or veggies.

Notes

You can substitute sour cream with Greek yogurt for extra protein.

Frozen spinach works well—just thaw and drain before using.

Add more cheese on top before baking for a golden crust.

Pairs perfectly with white wine or sparkling water with lemon.
