Scale
- 2–3 medium apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (cold and cubed)
- 1/4 cup ice water
- Melted butter for drizzling
Instructions
- Prepare the Apples: Core and slice 2-3 medium apples into thin pieces. Toss them with 1/4 cup of granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and a pinch of nutmeg. Let sit for 15-20 minutes.

- Fill with Apples: Spoon the apple mixture evenly into each cup and drizzle a bit of melted butter on top.
- Top with Crust: Crumble the remaining dough over the apple filling.
- Bake: Place cups on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until crust is golden and apples are bubbly.
- Cool and Serve: Let cool slightly before serving, topped with ice cream or whipped cream.
