Instructions
- In a large pot, heat a splash of olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic, cooking until they turn translucent and fragrant.
- Toss in the shredded chicken, cooking through if using raw chicken.
- Sprinkle in cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder, stirring until well-coated.
- Add the white beans and chicken broth, bringing to a gentle simmer.

- Before serving, add sour cream or cream cheese to enrich the texture. Stir until fully incorporated.
