Instructions

  3. Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix the sourdough starter, eggs, melted butter, lemon juice, and zest until well combined.
  4. Combine Mixtures: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a lumpy batter is perfect.
