- 2 eggs
- Juice of 1 orange
- Zest of 2 oranges
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk together.
- In another bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs, one at a time.
- Pour in the fresh orange juice and zest, mixing until just combined.
- Gradually fold in the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

For a glaze, drizzle a mix of powdered sugar and orange juice on top while still warm.
