- ½ cup powdered sugar

- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon zest
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup powdered sugar (for topping)
- Splash of vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, powdered sugar, and melted butter. Stir until it resembles wet sand. Press into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and bake for 15 minutes. Let cool.
- For the lemon filling, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Gradually add lemon juice and zest, mix until fluffy. Pour over cooled crust and smooth it out.
- For the whipped topping, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Spread over the lemon layer.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight). Slice into squares and enjoy.
