Description

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente. Reserve about a cup of the pasta water before draining.
  2. Sauté the Garlic: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the Capers: Toss in the capers and sauté for an additional minute.
  4. Create the Sauce: Add lemon zest and juice, mixing with some reserved pasta water to achieve desired consistency.
  5. Combine: Add the cooked pasta, tossing well to ensure it’s coated.
  6. Finish with Herbs and Cheese: Fold in fresh herbs and top with grated Parmesan. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
  7. Serve Immediately: Garnish with an extra squeeze of lemon and a sprinkle of herbs before serving.
