Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente. Reserve about a cup of the pasta water before draining.
- Sauté the Garlic: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add the Capers: Toss in the capers and sauté for an additional minute.
- Create the Sauce: Add lemon zest and juice, mixing with some reserved pasta water to achieve desired consistency.
- Combine: Add the cooked pasta, tossing well to ensure it’s coated.
- Finish with Herbs and Cheese: Fold in fresh herbs and top with grated Parmesan. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
- Serve Immediately: Garnish with an extra squeeze of lemon and a sprinkle of herbs before serving.
