  • 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • ½ cup Unsalted Butter, softened
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¾ cup Whole Milk
  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate, for frosting
  • Mini Marshmallows, for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a standard cupcake pan with liners.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, cream together butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well, then stir in the milk.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, gently folding until just combined.
  6. Fill each liner about two-thirds full.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Cool completely on a wire rack before frosting.
  9. Melt the chocolate and mix it with butter for frosting.
  10. Once cool, frost the cupcakes and top with mini marshmallows and torch lightly.
