Crockpot Meatballs with Grape Jelly

Description

Delightful and unique meatballs made with grape jelly and BBQ sauce, perfect for family gatherings and potlucks.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup grape jelly
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix gently by hand until just combined.
  2. Scoop about 1.5 tablespoons of the mixture and roll into balls.
  3. Brown the meatballs in a skillet over medium heat (optional).
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together grape jelly and BBQ sauce.
  5. Place the meatballs in a crockpot and pour the sauce over them.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
  7. Serve with toothpicks and enjoy!

Notes

To avoid overcrowding, cook in two batches if making a large amount. Meatballs can be frozen and reheated.
