Instructions
- Brown the Beef: Heat a skillet over medium heat and brown the chunks of beef on all sides.

- Cook: Set the crockpot to low and cook for 6 to 8 hours until beef is tender.
- Prepare Dumplings: In the last half-hour, combine dumpling ingredients until just mixed. Form small balls of dough and drop them onto the stew.
- Finish Cooking: Allow dumplings to steam on top for about 30-40 minutes until fluffy.
