Ingredients

  • 1 lb Fresh Green Beans, trimmed
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 8 oz Sautéed Mushrooms
  • 1 cup Fried Onions
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 3 minutes, then transfer to an ice bath.
  3. Sauté diced onions and minced garlic in olive oil until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add chopped mushrooms and cook until tender.
  5. In a bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Add the sautéed mixture and green beans.
  6. Transfer to a greased casserole dish and top with fried onions.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
