- 1 lb Fresh Green Beans, trimmed
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 8 oz Sautéed Mushrooms
- 1 cup Fried Onions
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Onion, diced
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Soy Sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 3 minutes, then transfer to an ice bath.
- Sauté diced onions and minced garlic in olive oil until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add chopped mushrooms and cook until tender.
- In a bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Add the sautéed mixture and green beans.
- Transfer to a greased casserole dish and top with fried onions.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
