Ingredients

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh herbs (dill, parsley, or cilantro)
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested

Instructions
- Prepare the salmon by cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
- Marinate the salmon pieces with olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, zest, herbs, salt, and pepper for 15-20 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (185°C) for 5 minutes.
- Arrange the salmon bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they flake easily with a fork.
- Serve warm with a side of your choice.
Notes
For added crunch, consider lightly coating the salmon bites with breadcrumbs or crushed nuts before air frying. Adjust seasoning to taste.
