Instructions
- Blend the fresh strawberries with the sweetener until smooth, and set aside.
- Brew your espresso or strong coffee.
- In a saucepan, heat the milk over low heat, whisking gently until frothy.
- Stir in the vanilla extract once the milk is creamy.
- In a glass, add the strawberry puree, then pour the coffee over it.
- Gently pour the frothed milk over the top and garnish with a fresh strawberry or drizzle of honey, if desired.
Notes
For a dairy-free option, substitute regular milk with almond, oat, or soy milk. Feel free to experiment with different fruits like blueberries or raspberries.
