- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté onions and garlic in a bit of olive oil until softened.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, Rotel tomatoes, cream of chicken soup, sautéed onions and garlic, and half the cheese.
- Fold in the spaghetti, ensuring every strand is coated.
- Spread mixture evenly into a greased baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheese and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
