Description

A comforting casserole combining spaghetti, creamy sauce, and zesty Rotel tomatoes, perfect for family gatherings and potlucks.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Sauté onions and garlic in a bit of olive oil until softened.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, Rotel tomatoes, cream of chicken soup, sautéed onions and garlic, and half the cheese.
  5. Fold in the spaghetti, ensuring every strand is coated.
  6. Spread mixture evenly into a greased baking dish.
  7. Top with remaining cheese and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
