Instructions
- Prepare the Potatoes: Peel and cut the potatoes into uniform chunks.
- Boil Until Tender: Place potatoes in a large pot, cover with cold water, add a pinch of salt, and boil until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Sauté the Garlic and Rosemary: Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, add minced garlic and rosemary, sauté until fragrant (about 2 minutes).
- Mash the Potatoes: Drain the cooked potatoes and return to the pot. Mash until smooth.
- Combine Ingredients: Stir in cream, garlic-rosemary mixture, and season with salt and pepper.
- Taste Test: Adjust the seasoning before serving as needed!
- Garnish: For presentation, garnish with additional rosemary leaves or a drizzle of olive oil.
Notes
