A delicious blend of rich cocoa and creamy Greek yogurt, perfect for a quick and indulgent snack.
Ingredients

- 2 cups full-fat Greek yogurt
- 2–3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2–3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup, to taste
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1–2 tablespoons milk or non-dairy milk
- Pinch of flaky sea salt
- Optional toppings: toasted almonds, cocoa nibs, sliced banana, nut butter, fresh mint, espresso powder
Instructions
- Measure yogurt into a mixing bowl.
- Sift cocoa powder and add to yogurt with vanilla and half the sweetener.
- Stir vigorously with a whisk until glossy and smooth.
- If too thick, add milk one teaspoon at a time until desired creaminess is reached.
- Taste and adjust sweetness and salt.
- Toast nuts in a dry skillet until fragrant for added texture (optional).
- Serve immediately or chill for up to a few hours.
Notes
To avoid over-sweetening, taste and adjust after mixing. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
