Description

A delicious blend of rich cocoa and creamy Greek yogurt, perfect for a quick and indulgent snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 23 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 23 tablespoons honey or maple syrup, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 tablespoons milk or non-dairy milk
  • Pinch of flaky sea salt
  • Optional toppings: toasted almonds, cocoa nibs, sliced banana, nut butter, fresh mint, espresso powder

Instructions

  1. Measure yogurt into a mixing bowl.
  2. Sift cocoa powder and add to yogurt with vanilla and half the sweetener.
  3. Stir vigorously with a whisk until glossy and smooth.
  4. If too thick, add milk one teaspoon at a time until desired creaminess is reached.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness and salt.
  6. Toast nuts in a dry skillet until fragrant for added texture (optional).
  7. Serve immediately or chill for up to a few hours.

Notes

To avoid over-sweetening, taste and adjust after mixing. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
