Description

A delightful treat combining graham cracker crust, layers of chocolate, butterscotch, and nuts, finished with sweetened condensed milk—a festive favorite for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until mixed, then press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Evenly sprinkle the coconut over the crust, then layer with chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and nuts.
  4. Pour sweetened condensed milk over all the layers.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the edges are golden and the surface is bubbly.
  6. Cool completely in the pan, then slice into squares after chilling if desired.
  7. Serve warm or at room temperature, optionally garnished with powdered sugar or chocolate ganache.

Notes

For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free graham crackers. Nuts can be replaced with sunflower seeds for a nut-free version.
