- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until mixed, then press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Evenly sprinkle the coconut over the crust, then layer with chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and nuts.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk over all the layers.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the edges are golden and the surface is bubbly.
- Cool completely in the pan, then slice into squares after chilling if desired.
- Serve warm or at room temperature, optionally garnished with powdered sugar or chocolate ganache.
Notes
For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free graham crackers. Nuts can be replaced with sunflower seeds for a nut-free version.
