Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Workspace: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the Butter: In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter until liquefied.
  3. Stir in Sugar and Cocoa: Gradually stir in sugar and cocoa until bubbling.
  4. Boil and Monitor Temperature: Allow to boil for 2-3 minutes until it reaches 240°F.
  5. Add Vanilla and Nuts: Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and nuts.
