Description

Deliciously flaky rolls filled with creamy feta, sweet honey, and spicy chili flakes, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of puff pastry
  • 200g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 12 tablespoons chili flakes (to taste)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into 4×4 inch squares.
  3. Combine crumbled feta cheese, honey, chili flakes, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  4. Fill each pastry square with a generous spoonful of the feta mixture.
  5. Roll the pastry over the filling and pinch the edges securely.
  6. Brush the tops of each roll with egg wash.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven for 5 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
