Deliciously flaky rolls filled with creamy feta, sweet honey, and spicy chili flakes, perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients

- 1 package of puff pastry
- 200g feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1–2 tablespoons chili flakes (to taste)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into 4×4 inch squares.
- Combine crumbled feta cheese, honey, chili flakes, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Fill each pastry square with a generous spoonful of the feta mixture.
- Roll the pastry over the filling and pinch the edges securely.
- Brush the tops of each roll with egg wash.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven for 5 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
