Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and spices. Add the chicken, cover, and let marinate for at least one hour or overnight.
- Cook the Chicken: Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook marinated chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, until cooked through. Rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Prepare the Garlic Sauce: Whisk together minced garlic, tahini, lemon juice, salt, and olive oil in a bowl. Adjust consistency with water until creamy.

Notes
