Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese and sugars until smooth using a hand mixer.
  3. Mix in the pumpkin puree, eggs, and vanilla extract until creamy and fragrant.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, spices, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually fold this into the pumpkin mixture.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of batter onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving space for spreading.
