  • 3/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup creamy or chunky peanut butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In one bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat together softened butter, peanut butter, and sugars until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.
  5. Slowly mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop portions of dough onto lined baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set and centers remain soft.
  9. Allow to cool before drizzling with melted chocolate.
