- 3–4 tablespoons cold water

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine flour, cheese, salt, and spices.
- Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in cold water, just enough to form a dough.
- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
- On a floured surface, roll out the dough to ¼-inch thick and cut into desired shapes.
- Transfer onto a lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
- Let cool slightly before enjoying.
