- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the melted butter and cake mix, mixing until fully combined.
- Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in the chopped pecans until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
- Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
