Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Diced the tomatoes into small, bite-sized pieces.
  2. Finely chop the basil and mince the garlic.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the tomatoes, basil, and garlic.
  4. Add olive oil and vinegar, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Toss everything together to ensure flavors meld.
  6. Let sit for about 15 minutes to allow flavors to develop.
  7. Lightly toast slices of bread until golden and crisp.
  8. Serve the dip on top of the toasted bread, using any leftover liquid as a dressing for salads.
