Instructions
- Prep the Cream Cheese Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and blueberries. Gently stir until mixed.
- Assemble the Egg Rolls: Place a tablespoon of filling in the center of an egg roll wrapper, brush edges with water, fold, and roll tightly.
