  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to prepare for baking.
  2. Prepare the filling by blending cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract, then gently folding in blueberries.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough on a lightly floured surface and separate the triangles.
  4. Fill the wider end of each triangle with a spoonful of the blueberry mixture.
  5. Roll up each triangle, tucking in the sides as you go, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Brush the tops with the egg wash made from the beaten egg and water.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
