Ingredients

- 1 can (8 oz) crescent roll dough
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to prepare for baking.
- Prepare the filling by blending cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract, then gently folding in blueberries.
- Unroll the crescent dough on a lightly floured surface and separate the triangles.
- Fill the wider end of each triangle with a spoonful of the blueberry mixture.
- Roll up each triangle, tucking in the sides as you go, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with the egg wash made from the beaten egg and water.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving, optionally dusted with powdered sugar.
Notes
Use cold ingredients for a better filling consistency. Keep baking sheet spaced out for puffiness.
