- 2 cups dark chocolate chips
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup cherry juice (preferably unsweetened)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- Red food coloring (optional)
- Optional toppings: crushed cookies, edible glitter, or dried cherries
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the dark chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Remove from heat and mix in the cherry juice, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Add red food coloring to reach the desired shade.
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and pour the fudge mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle crushed cookies or dried cherries on top if desired.
- Refrigerate the fudge for at least two hours or until firm.
- Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper and cut into squares. Serve with Halloween-themed decorations.

For a perfect cut, dip your knife in hot water before slicing. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or refrigerate for extended freshness.
