A festive and decadent treat with vibrant flavors of chocolate and cherry, perfect for Halloween celebrations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups dark chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup cherry juice (preferably unsweetened)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Red food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the dark chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and mix in the cherry juice, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Add red food coloring to reach the desired shade.
  3. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and pour the fudge mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Sprinkle crushed cookies or dried cherries on top if desired.
  5. Refrigerate the fudge for at least two hours or until firm.
  6. Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper and cut into squares. Serve with Halloween-themed decorations.

Notes

For a perfect cut, dip your knife in hot water before slicing. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or refrigerate for extended freshness.
