Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb flank steak or sirloin, sliced against the grain
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 8 oz ramen noodles
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- Optional: sesame seeds or green onions for garnish
- Optional: red pepper flakes or sriracha for heat
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients: Slice beef, chop broccoli, and mince garlic and ginger.
- Marinate the beef: Mix soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch in a bowl. Toss in beef and marinate for 15-30 minutes.
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Sear marinated beef for about 2 minutes, then stir-fry until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add more oil if needed, and stir-fry broccoli for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return beef to skillet, add ramen noodles, and pour in remaining marinade. Toss to combine.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds or green onions if desired.
Notes
Ensure not to overcrowd the pan while cooking to achieve a nice sear on the beef.
