Ingredients
- Chicken thighs or breasts
- Olive oil
- Fresh garlic, minced
- Hot honey (or regular honey mixed with chili flakes)
- A splash of rice vinegar
- Fresh rosemary or thyme

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the chicken by patting it dry and seasoning it generously with salt and pepper.
- Create the marinade by whisking together hot honey, minced garlic, olive oil, and rice vinegar.
- Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes (up to two hours).
- Place the chicken in a baking dish, skin-side up, and pour any leftover marinade over it.
- Bake for about 35-40 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C), turning on the broiler in the last five minutes for crispy skin.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
