  • Fresh rosemary or thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the chicken by patting it dry and seasoning it generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Create the marinade by whisking together hot honey, minced garlic, olive oil, and rice vinegar.
  4. Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes (up to two hours).
