Instructions
- Prepare the apples: Toss diced apples in cinnamon and sugar; set aside.

- Shape the fritters: Drop spoonfuls of batter on a parchment tray, leaving space between each.

- Air fry fritters: Spray with cooking spray, place in air fryer in a single layer, and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Make the glaze: Whisk powdered sugar with milk and vanilla until smooth.
