- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup oats

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and vanilla until fluffy.
- Gradually blend in the flour, baking powder, and salt until a soft dough forms.
- In another bowl, toss the chopped apples with sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
- Press a tablespoon of dough into each muffin tin to form a cup.
- Spoon the apple mixture into each cookie cup.
- Mix oats, flour, brown sugar, and melted butter for the crumble topping, then sprinkle over the apples.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before removing from the tin and serve warm.
