Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Gather all your ingredients and allow butter to soften to room temperature.
  2. Combine the dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, all-purpose flour, cornstarch, sugar, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Whisk butter: In a separate bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy, then incorporate vanilla extract.
  4. Create the dough: Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the butter mixture, stirring until combined.
  5. Chill: Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour.
