Ooey-Gooey Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps are loaded with flavor and perfect for lunch, dinner, or snack time. Filled with creamy, garlicky chicken and melty cheese, they’re easy to make and crowd-pleasing every time.
Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
4 large tortillas
Salt and pepper to taste
Green onions, chopped (optional)
Butter or oil for grilling
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cheese, garlic, cream cheese, sour cream, salt, and pepper until well combined.
2. Lay out a tortilla and spoon a portion of the chicken mixture onto the center.
3. Roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little butter or oil.
5. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook until golden brown and heated through, about 3–4 minutes per side.
6. Slice in half and sprinkle with green onions if desired.
7. Serve warm.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
