Ingredients

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1½ teaspoons sea salt
- 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
- 1½ cups lukewarm water
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 3 cups of flour, 1½ teaspoons of sea salt, and 1 teaspoon of active dry yeast. Gradually stir in 1½ cups of lukewarm water until all the flour is absorbed.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the dough rise at room temperature for 12 to 18 hours until bubbly and doubled in size.
- Lightly flour a work surface and gently turn the dough onto it. Form it into a round shape with floured hands.
- Transfer the loaf onto a piece of parchment paper, cover it loosely, and let it rise again for 1 to 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C), placing a Dutch oven with its lid inside.
- Once heated, remove the pot, place the dough inside with parchment paper, cover with the lid, and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the lid and bake for another 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let the bread cool on a wire rack for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
